The sachet comes with the two feet attached,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Step 1 : You just have to cut down the middle to separate the two socks.<\/p>\n

Step 2 : Put your feet in them and fasten the sticky bit to tighten the sock (I found the sticky bit too short as it kept un-sticking, or perhaps not sticky enough).<\/p>\n

Step 3 : Wait for 20 mins (see back of packet)<\/p>\n
